What it is
KroXpaF is a social website built by a remote startup team of four, based in the USA. I worked on it as a full-stack developer and also handled DevOps.
What I built
- Frontend. Features in React with Vite, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, Material UI and TailwindCSS.
- Backend. REST APIs in Node.js and Express on MongoDB.
- Real time. Chat and notifications with Socket.IO, and Redis for caching and sessions.
- Background work. Cron jobs that send email and sync data.
- Deployment. CI/CD with the frontend on Vercel and the backend on Render, and AWS S3 for file handling.
